Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 c tomato juice
2 c beef broth
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain well.
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Reduce to low and cook an additional 3β4 hours.
Stir and serve hot.
