Enchiladas

From the kitchen of Tim Board

Like the quesadillas, this recipe's use of Goya Sazon marks it as belonging to the Latino culinary tradition that entered the April family through the broadening of family ties. Enchiladas made with these specific seasonings reflect a real cultural exchange — someone in the family learned to cook this from the source, and it became part of the family table.
